Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea service design
RBKC have developed an ambitious Customer Access Strategy that aims to simplify people’s lives. Armed with an understanding that many of their customers want to complete their tasks online via modern, intuitive digital services, they approached us to support this strategic shift.
Our response was to design an effective citizen service experience that is successfully accelerating the channel shift from traditional service delivery to digital-first contact and transaction methods.
RSA Group digital team augmentation
Over the last 14 years we have worked with RSA on projects including the design and development of their RSA broker portal, a suite of websites spanning the LATAM businesses, advising on how IDD regulation impacts design to marketing and proposition support for the MoreTh>n brand.
